  • VP Harris must release a public statement with her commitment to disregard the parliamentarian’s ruling in order to include a pathway to citizenship in the budget reconciliation

  • President Biden must show his public support for VP Harris’s decision disregarding the parliamentarian’s advice

  • Members of Congress must show their public support for this strategy and commit to keeping a pathway to citizenship in budget reconciliation
